Adaptive Reuse and Citizen Engagement

As the founder of the Evergreen, Geoff Cape has been its CEO since 1990. Evergreen, has grown to include over 130 staff and offices in Toronto, and Vancouver with a collections of programs focused on the future of cities. Evergreen led the $55 million redevelopment of the Brick Works property centre for cities and urban infrastructure with 16 buildings and 41 acre campus.

Geoff Cape will deliver the 2015 Frizzell Family Memorial Lecture on the importance of community engagement in transforming the urban environment!

This event will commemorate the life, accomplishments, and aspirations of Alex Frizzell, by engaging students in the fields of agriculture, environment, and health through social science inquiry.
